Claxton’s focus for ABUS will be security partners, locksmiths and architectural ironmongers in the London and South East.

Claxton said: "It’s an honour to join ABUS during its centennial year. ABUS’s global and local reputation for trust, innovation, and high-quality security products has stood the test of time, and I’m excited to be part of the next chapter. I look forward to working with the team to support our security customers and partners, new and existing, across Southern England, ensuring ABUS remains at the forefront of the security solutions market."

As ABUS celebrates its 100th anniversary, the company continues to innovate within the security landscape, offering a wide range of mechanical and smart products that meet the needs of both residential and commercial clients.

"It’s a privilege to welcome Dave to the ABUS family during such a momentous year for our company," ABUS said. "As we celebrate 100 years of providing innovative and reliable security solutions, Dave’s expertise and enthusiasm make him a perfect addition to our team. His contributions will be essential as we continue to grow in London and the South East, building on the legacy we’ve created over the past century."
