O’Hanlon joins ASSA ABLOY Door Group as finance director, bringing with her nearly 20 years’ experience in finance across industries including construction, food and manufacturing.

A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with a background in law, Lisa now leads a five-strong finance team and collaborates closely with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver strategic business improvements.

She said: “I’m excited to step up to this new challenge and it’s been great to lead the finance function as well as contributing to the wider decisions that shape the business. I’m focused on building a culture of pride and positive relationships across all stakeholder groups.”

Emma Callaghan joins Door Group as marketing executive based at the Lisburn office. With nearly a decade of marketing experience across sectors such as automotive, diagnostics and e-commerce, she brings a blend of creativity, strategic insight and technical communication to the team.

Holding a BSc in Advertising and a Master’s in Digital Media Communication, Callaghan’s expertise spans strategic marketing, campaign planning, content creation, SEO, social media and internal communications.

She is also skilled in performance analytics and reporting, email marketing and project management, and is known for her ability to collaborate effectively across departments to drive cohesive marketing initiatives.

Callaghan said: “I was looking for a supportive and progressive environment where I could make an impact, and ASSA ABLOY has exceeded my expectations. The work we do here, particularly around safety and compliance has really opened my eyes to how vital doors are in building design and security.

“As the sole marketer for Door Group, I’ve had the opportunity to shape our strategy while collaborating with teams across technical, sales and leadership. I’m excited to keep developing my skills, particularly in design and visual storytelling and to play a key role in raising the profile of our innovative door solutions.”

Steve Judd, area sales manager

With over 20 years’ experience in sales and account management working for companies that specialise in furniture fittings, ironmongery and timber doors, Steve Judd brings industry knowledge and a strong ‘customer-first’ ethos to his role as area sales manager at ASSA ABLOY Door Group.

His approach is about building relationships and delivering a seamless experience for every project that he works on.

“I’ve always liked adding little touches that make an end users experience more than just the standard. I’m looking forward to becoming that reliable point of contact, it’s all about trust and consistency," said Judd.

“It’s been great to hone in on my organisational skills, especially when managing multiple accounts and contracts. I’m enjoying the learning curve and look forward to helping our customers find the right solutions with the quality and service they expect from ASSA ABLOY.”
