CES UK has welcomed David Shields as business development manager to its expanding UK team.
Shields began his career in the architectural hardware industry in 1982 at Leicester-based manufacturer, Dryad Metalworks. Since then, he’s developed a wealth of experience across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, hospitality, shared living, justice, defence, and custodial environments.
As CES UK’s business development manager, Shields is focused on delivering high-security, compliant, and project-specific door hardware solutions. CES UK says his extensive technical knowledge and proactive, problem-solving approach make him a valuable resource for specifiers, contractors, and architects.
Shield’s appointment reinforces CES UK’s commitment to supporting security-led projects with precision-engineered security solutions, tailored to meet today’s complex regulatory and performance demands.
