Heron Manufacture Ltd, part of the Heron Bros family group of companies, has acquired F. R. Shadbolt and Sons, manufacturer’s of fire and acoustic doors, doorsets and panelling.
Speaking of the move, Martin Blaney, director of Heron Manufacture Ltd, said:
