The 2022 Fire Door Safety Week is taking place 31 October to 4 November and will include a variety of free events. The GAI will be hosting two webinars: Fire Doors and Critical Pre-handover Activities and Fire Doors and Critical Post-handover Activities on 31 October and 1 November.
The campaign was launched in 2013 in response to a legacy of fire door neglect. Every year it aims to raise awareness to increase public understanding of the vital role that fire doors play in protecting life and property in an unfortunate event of a fire.
