The GAI will reveal the shortlisted projects and innovative products for its 2022 Specification Awards in association with RIBA at its stand at Futurebuild in March.
Now in its 40th year, the biennial Specification Awards identify and celebrate excellence in the specification of architectural ironmongery in the construction industry.
The shortlist for finalists in seven categories will be announced at the GAI Stand where visitors can also find out how the GAI can support your needs, or how it can educate and inform you, your staff and customers.
The finalists of the awards will be announced at a ceremony on Thursday 5 May 2022 at Landing 42 in The Leadenhall Building, sponsored by ASSA ABLOY. As well as awarding first places in seven categories, every category winner will then be put forward for the opportunity to be crowned the ‘Winner of Winners’, sponsored by GEZE.

The Futurebuild event will explore the issues presented by the net zero challenge.
Alongside an exhibition the conference programme will see panels of industry experts share their experience and put forward proposals on 11 selected topics, including an action programme beyond COP26, the regulation of embodied carbon, resource efficiency, financial considerations, levelling up and retrofitting.
