Instinct creates new design role to meet demand for product design

Instinct Hardware has promoted Dan Hodges to the role of design & estimation manager. In this newly-created role, Hodges will lead the design team, overseeing new innovations and efficiency as well as compliancy and project management.

Instinct has seen demand for its bespoke ironmongery designs steadily rise throughout the years, meaning that demand for design has never been higher. 

Hodges commented: “I’m happy to share that I’ve accepted the role of Design & Estimation Manager at Instinct. The past year has been an exciting journey; joining a new company, entering a new industry, and embracing a fast-paced environment full of fresh challenges. I am incredibly grateful for the support of the talented team around me, which has made the transition smooth and rewarding.
