
Architecture Today has announced the finalists of its 2025 Architecture Today Awards. Thirty projects have been names in nine categories: education; healthcare; individual house; infrastructure & public realm; mixed use; religion, arts & culture; residential development; workplace and international, as well as five projects in the student prize category. Among the finalists are Queens University Belfast, Bradford City Park, Bethlem Museum of the Mind, Bloomberg’s offices, and Salters Hall.
The Architecture Today Awards recognise buildings that stand the test of time; projects that have proven their worth through years of use, adaptation, and continued relevance. Last year’s winners included The Royal Academy of Music, Sulis Hospital Bath, Gloucester Services, Oxo Tower Wharf and The National Theatre Future NT in London.
The finalists selected by the AT Awards Committee will present to the jury on 17th September at The Building Society, with the winners being announced at the Space House in London on 13 November at the 2025 Awards Party.
