Instinct Hardware has appointed Casey Smith-Merricks as its new business development manager.
Smith-Merricks joins the Instinct team with a wealth of ironmongery experience, having joined the sector in 2008. She has worked with some well-known UK ironmongery firms and says she is looking forward to learning more about the bespoke stainless-steel ironmongery offered by Instinct.
“I am really looking forward to developing my knowledge of stainless steel and becoming part of a new work family. I look forward to using my existing knowledge to benefit both the customers and the Instinct team, and to speaking to industry contacts old and new!”
The newly-developed role will see Smith-Merricks enhancing the customer journey and working with the board to develop new products.
