The new role will see Fowler responsible for all operational aspects of the business, ensuring each department operates efficiently and achieves productivity targets. The main objective is to reduce customer lead times without compromising standards.
Folder has been working with Instinct over the past six months in a consultant capacity, helping the company retain its ISO certification.
He comments: “I have been lucky enough to work with the team in an advisory capacity already, so am familiar with the procedures in place and how these can be further enhanced to support the company’s growth objectives.
"It’s a fantastic time to join the Instinct team: the business is growing fast and I’m looking forward to getting stuck in and help Instinct achieve their goals.”
